Our Accessibility Commitment 

Cloudoora strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA — a globally recognized standard for digital accessibility. 

We are currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. While many elements of our website and platform align with these standards, we recognize that some areas require further improvement. 

Accessibility Progress & Ongoing Improvements 

We treat accessibility as a continuous effort, aligned with both international standards and local regulations such as the European Accessibility Act (EAA). 

Recent internal audits using tools such as Axe, Screaming Frog, and Lighthouse have helped us identify key areas for improvement, including: 

  • Missing image alt texts and label associations (WCAG 1.1.1, 1.3.1) 
  • Color contrast issues affecting readability (WCAG 1.4.3, 1.4.6) 
  • Inadequate link/button text clarity (WCAG 2.4.4) 
  • Structural markup and ARIA inconsistencies (WCAG 1.3.1, 4.1.2) 
  • Unlabeled or misaligned form controls (WCAG 3.3.2, 4.1.2) 
  • Navigation barriers within scrollable or interactive regions (WCAG 2.1.1) 

All identified issues are being addressed through an ongoing internal improvement plan that is tracked across our design, development, and QA teams.
