1. OVERVIEW

These Cloudoora AI Creator Special Terms (“Special Terms”) govern your use of Cloudoora AI Creator, an artificial intelligence (“AI”) powered tool designed and provided by Cloudoora Ltd. (“Cloudoora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (the “Service”). These Special Terms are incorporated into the Cloudoora Universal Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”).

This Agreement is entered into by and between Cloudoora and you (“you,” “User,” or “Customer”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Special Terms, the Agreement, and any other incorporated agreements or policies. In case of conflict, these Special Terms shall prevail. If any provision here is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full effect.

Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.

Cloudoora may modify these Special Terms or any Service limitations at any time, with such changes effective immediately upon posting on our website.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Cloudoora AI Creator is an AI-driven platform that enables Customers to generate websites, applications, and other digital content without requiring coding or technical skills. Users provide textual, visual, or other input (“Input”), which the AI processes to produce structured, functional, and design-optimized digital outputs (“Output”).

The Service is available under various subscription plans with different features and daily usage limits, detailed on our website and within your account dashboard.

While the Service is in “Beta” or development phase, the Beta Services provisions of Section 4 of the Agreement apply to your use.

Features include automated site/app generation, AI-assisted content structuring, real-time design adaptation, and integrated deployment tools. Functionality may vary due to AI model updates, system constraints, and performance optimizations.

Cloudoora reserves the right to impose reasonable usage restrictions—including quotas, speed adjustments, or feature access controls—to maintain system stability and service quality.

3. OWNERSHIP OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT

You acknowledge that Outputs are generated based on AI models processing your Input combined with machine logic.

“Input” means any text, data, or information you provide. “Output” means content, designs, or assets generated in response.

Both Input and Output constitute your User Content, and except for Cloudoora-owned content, you retain ownership rights as permitted by applicable law. However, Cloudoora does not guarantee that Output will be unique, original, or free from third-party intellectual property claims. Due to AI’s nature, similar Outputs may be generated for multiple users. Exclusivity or uniqueness of any Output is not guaranteed.

Cloudoora may use, analyze, store, and process your User Content per Section 7 of the Agreement and its policies.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESTRICTIONS

You are solely responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws, including intellectual property and privacy regulations. You bear full responsibility for your Inputs, the generated Outputs, and any decisions or actions taken based on them.

You acknowledge the limitations of AI and assume all risks related to the accuracy, legality, and originality of Outputs. Independent review and due diligence are required before using, sharing, or commercializing AI-generated content.

You must ensure your Inputs and Outputs do not infringe any rights or violate laws. If personal data is involved, you must determine the lawful basis for processing and comply with data protection regulations. Cloudoora is not responsible for verifying such compliance.

You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited, including but not limited to child exploitation material, terrorism, illegal drugs, human trafficking, weapons, fraud, phishing, scams, harassment, hate speech, malware, ransomware, or activities deemed inappropriate by Cloudoora.

Cloudoora reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these terms or the Agreement.

5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service operates based on probabilistic AI models and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unreliable content. Cloudoora makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, originality, legality, or fitness of AI-generated Outputs.

All content is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

While Cloudoora applies commercially reasonable security measures, we do not guarantee Outputs or tools are free from vulnerabilities or security risks. You are responsible for conducting your own security assessments and ensuring legal compliance before deploying AI-generated content.

Liability limitations and warranty disclaimers in the Agreement apply fully to your use of this Service.

By using Cloudoora AI Creator, you accept these limitations and agree to assume all related risks.
