Welcome to Cloudoora! This Domain Name Registration Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions that apply to your domain name registration, transfer, renewal, and associated services through Cloudoora. By registering or managing a domain name with us, you agree to comply with this Agreement in full.
1. Overview
This Agreement is between you (the “Registrant”, “Customer”, or “User”) and Cloudoora (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). It governs the use of our domain-related services and is in line with ICANN’s policies and the rules of relevant domain registries.
If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our domain registration services.
2. Eligibility and Account Information
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete registration data.
- You are responsible for maintaining and promptly updating this data.
- False or misleading information may result in domain suspension or cancellation.
3. Domain Pricing & Renewal
- Pricing: Domain prices vary by TLD (e.g., .com, .net, .org) and may change without prior notice due to registry pricing updates.
- Renewals: Domains are renewed automatically by default. You may choose manual renewal via your client dashboard.
- Grace Period: After domain expiry, you typically have 0–30 days to renew (grace period varies by TLD).
- Redemption Period: If not renewed during the grace period, the domain may enter a redemption period, where recovery may incur extra fees.
4. Ownership & Transfers
- You retain full ownership of the domain as long as it is registered in your name and your contact data is accurate.
- Transfers to/from Cloudoora follow ICANN policies. You must unlock your domain and provide the authorization (EPP) code.
- Domains cannot be transferred within the first 60 days of registration or recent transfer.
5. WHOIS and Privacy
- ICANN requires us to collect and maintain WHOIS contact data for each registered domain.
- You may enable WHOIS Privacy Protection (if supported by the TLD) to mask your contact data.
- Inaccurate or fake data can lead to suspension or loss of the domain.
6. Use of Domain Name
- You are solely responsible for the use of your domain name.
- Domains must not be used for illegal activities, including phishing, spam, malware, or trademark infringement.
- Cloudoora may suspend or cancel domains used in violation of local laws or ICANN/registry policies.
7. ICANN Rights and Responsibilities

- Registrant Rights and Responsibilities
- Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA)
8. Country Code TLDs (ccTLDs)
- You must comply with each ccTLD registry’s specific registration and renewal rules.
- Some ccTLDs require local presence or documentation (e.g., .cn or .de).
9. Domain Disputes
- You agree to resolve domain-related disputes via:
- UDRP (Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy) for gTLDs
- Local dispute mechanisms for ccTLDs
- Cloudoora will comply with valid legal or arbitration rulings regarding your domain.
10. Suspension and Cancellation
We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse service if:
