Products purchased from Cloudoora may be eligible for a refund if canceled within 30 days from the date of the original transaction.

Please note:

• Cryptocurrency and Digital Asset Purchases: Products purchased with such methods are non-refundable.
• Policy Violations: Payments made in violation of laws or our Terms of Service are non-refundable.

“Date of transaction” refers to the purchase or renewal date of a product or service under your agreement with Cloudoora.

• Boost Services for Cloud Hosting
• Cloudoora Horizon Credits / Top-ups
• Paid Support & Advisory Services
• Services terminated due to abuse or Terms of Use violations

Cloudoora may decline refunds in cases of suspected refund abuse (e.g., repeated or bulk requests).

Domain Name Refunds

Standard Domains: Refundable only if:

• Requested within 96 hours of domain registration
• No other domain refund has been processed in the past 24 hours

.br, .com.br, .net.br: Refundable if requested within 168 hours.

Non-refundable ccTLDs:

.ai, .be, .ca, .ch, .cz, .dk, .es, .eu, .fr, .hu, .it, .nl, .nu, .ru, .se, .cat, .asia, .de, .uk, .in, .us, .pl, .pw, .ag, .xxx, .vc, .tf, .re, .pm, .mn, .lv, .lt, .lc, .jp, .jp.net, .frl, .cl, .bz, .at, .am, .yt, .wf, .tv, .sc, .pt, .mx, .lu, .li, .la, .gr, .fm, .cx, .com.pt, .cn.com, .cc, .ar.com, .com.au, .ae, .gg, .pe, .pk, .fi

Domain Transfers: Refundable only if:

• Transfer is unsuccessful
• Refund is requested within 30 days of payment

VPS Hosting Refunds

Refundable only if:

• Requested within 30 days of the original VPS purchase
• At least 180 days have passed since any previous VPS refund

Cloudoora Horizons Plan

Eligible for refund only if:

• Initiated within 30 days of purchase
• Fewer than 30 prompts or messages were used

Special Offer Refunds

Promotional domains (e.g., free domain with 12+ month hosting) are non-refundable.

In some cases, Cloudoora may deduct the market value of the domain from the refund.

Payment Method-Specific Policies

Non-refundable methods:

• Multibanco (Portugal)
• GCash (Philippines)
• Fawry (Egypt)

Refunds via these methods will be issued as Cloudoora Account Balance credits.

VTC Pay (Vietnam): Supports full refunds only.

Refunds to Account Balance

You may request a refund to your Cloudoora Balance. These refunds are irrevocable and non-transferable once processed.

Refunds from Overfunded Balances

Overfunded amounts may be refunded within 30 days of payment. Alternate recent payments may be used in special cases.

Chargebacks

Any chargeback, reversal, or dispute is a breach of agreement and may result in:

• Immediate account termination
• Permanent loss of services and domains
• Ineligibility for future card payments

Restoration Conditions

To reactivate your account, you must:

• Verify payment method (e.g., proof or censored card photo)
• Repay all related charges, including fees

Confirmed fraud will result in permanent suspension with no recovery options.

We encourage contacting Customer Support before initiating a chargeback to avoid disruptions.

Cloudoora reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and provide supporting evidence to financial institutions.
